As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to patients with wound care needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and patient outcomes.Provide expert wound care management and treatmentCollaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plansUtilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient trackingFloat within the same discipline across local campuses as neededParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient careWork 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)Requirements:Wound Care CertificationEpic experience requiredNeed 1 year experience in settingAt least 1 completed travel contract preferredMust not have been an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 monthsValid driver‘s license and license verification requiredSkills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date1 supervisory reference required at time of submissionMust have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
