PT Needed for primarily inpatient & home healthSHIFT: DaysMISC: Home Health provides a car for visits. EMRs: EPIC, Net Health, PCC, MaestroMILEAGE: .52 per mile but the expectation is to use the home health cars

Position Urgency:Rapid Response Crisis

Shifts:Days - M-F w/ rotating weekend coverage (just Saturday)

State License Details:Must Be Currently Active

Minimum Years of Experience:2

Minimum Guaranteed Hours:36

Specialty Type:1) 100 mile RADIUS RULE. We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital2) EFFECTIVE 6-4-2023, Any traveler that's confirmed & doesn't start on time, the agency will be charged a fee (per their contract). The fee will not be assessed if it's due to a licensure issue. ALL COMPLIANCE DOCS ARE TO BE UPLOADED 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO START
