Responsibilities
Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the imaging department.
Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
Monitor and evaluate imaging quality to ensure high standards.
Utilize data to track performance metrics and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience with X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and comfort measures.
Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Proficient in maintaining and calibrating X-ray equipment.
Ability to document and maintain accurate patient imaging records.
Willingness to engage in performance reviews and goal setting.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare professionals.
Ability to monitor imaging quality and suggest improvements.
