Responsibilities

  • Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the imaging department.

  • Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.

  • Monitor and evaluate imaging quality to ensure high standards.

  • Utilize data to track performance metrics and improve outcomes.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results.

  • Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.

  • Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Valid certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

  • Experience with X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting.

  • Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and comfort measures.

  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.

  • Proficient in maintaining and calibrating X-ray equipment.

  • Ability to document and maintain accurate patient imaging records.

  • Willingness to engage in performance reviews and goal setting.

  • Strong collaboration skills with healthcare professionals.

  • Ability to monitor imaging quality and suggest improvements.
