We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician specializing in Radiology and Cardiology to join a dynamic medical team. Your dedication will support the accurate diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients through advanced radiological procedures. The position requires a high degree of technical proficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience, specifically in pediatric settings
• Valid ARRT-R certification
• BLS certification (or temporary LSRT certification, with proof, application, and payment via money order)
• Proficiency in operating all x-ray equipment and executing various imaging protocols
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday with a 4-day, 10-hour per day schedule (11:30 AM – 10:00 PM)
• Flexibility for floating shifts and weekend coverage
• Demonstrated understanding of pediatric imaging procedures
• Ability to adhere to all relevant radiology safety standards and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Scrub color of any choice

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with additional imaging modalities or modalities in cardiology imaging
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospital or clinical environment
• Familiarity with pediatric patient handling techniques
• Additional certifications related to pediatric radiology or cardiology imaging

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field
• At least two years of proven pediatric radiology experience
• Current state licensure and certification as an ARRT-R Radiologic Technologist
• Valid BLS certification

Other Requirements:

• Pediatric experience is mandatory; candidates without pediatric background will not be considered
• Floating to different units within the facility as needed
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
• Must meet all certification, licensure, and certification renewal requirements
• Travel reimbursement may be applicable where appropriate
