- Current full Certificateof Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services, Stateof California (CRT) (to be obtained within 6 months of hire)

- Current CPRCertification

- Fluoroscopy Permit (to beobtained within 6 months of hire)

- Current licensure issuedby the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
