Job Description

This isn’t just another X-Ray Tech job. It’s a chance to break free from the “same old” hospital or imaging center routine and step into a specialized, dynamic role at the forefront of urologic care. Whether you're experienced in urology or just getting started, we’ve got a place for you here.

Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying

  • Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).

  • Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 4:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.

  • Experience: Applicants should have experience and comfort working autonomously - independently managing your workload, workflow, and patient care without constant oversight.

What You’ll Do

As an X-Ray Tech, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical care team, ensuring each patient receives safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging with precision and compassion.

Your role will include:

  • Performing diagnostic imaging exams (x-rays) per provider orders

  • Preparing patients for procedures, including medical history and education

  • Positioning patients and adjusting equipment to capture the best images

  • Shielding and protecting patients appropriately during imaging

  • Operating computerized equipment and reviewing image quality with physicians

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

  • Administering contrast safely and effectively as needed

  • Monitoring patient well-being and responding to concerns during exams

What You Bring

  • Current ODH and ARRT License (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Imaging/X-Ray Tech

  • Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and patient-centered care

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • A culture where your expertise matters: You’re not just taking pictures — you’re part of a patient’s care journey, helping providers diagnose and treat with confidence.

  • Work you can feel good about: Each day brings meaningful patient interactions and the satisfaction of providing clarity and comfort during a critical step in their care.

What We Offer

  • Health Benefits within 30 days of hire - Medical, dental, vision & more!

  • Work-Life Balance – NO nights, weekends, holidays, or call – and yes, holidays are paid.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – begins accruing on day 1

  • Bring your A-game (and your A-list) - get rewarded for excellence and referrals

  • Competitive pay, real perks, and rewards that go beyond the paycheck

  • Immersive onboarding & training – Comprehensive training blending hands-on learning, guided materials, and team support to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive.
