Xray Technician

Fit Recruiting is partnering with a well-established medical practice in Mobile seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to join their clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Salary is in the $41K-$52K range, depending on experience, and includes company benefits, PTO, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate\u2019s degree or higher preferred
• Completion of a Radiologic Sciences program preferred
• ARRT certification preferred (or relevant experience in lieu of certification)
• Experience in a high-volume clinical setting is a plus
• Strong understanding of radiologic procedures and safety standards
• Comfortable with computers and imaging software
• Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians
• Explain procedures clearly and ensure patient comfort throughout imaging
• Properly position patients to obtain accurate diagnostic images
• Follow all radiation safety protocols, including the use of protective equipment and monitoring badges
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a clean, safe work environment
• Assist with documentation, image processing, and administrative support as needed
• Support teammates to help maintain efficient patient flow
• Communicate equipment or supply needs to leadership
