Yard Associate

Location: Idaho Falls, IDPay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOESchedule: Monday – Friday

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Associate to join our team in Idaho Falls. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized yard, assisting customers and drivers, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the yard.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Pull and stage orders accurately for customer pickup and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist customers, drivers, and team members with locating and loading materials.
• Perform routine yard maintenance and general labor duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous lumber or building materials experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule Requirements

Hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees will work either:

• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Scheduling will be determined by management. All candidates must have open availability between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
