?? Now Hiring: EV Lot/Terminal Truck & Forklift Operators — Whiteland, IN
Ready to drive your career forward? We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded team members to join our growing operation in Whiteland, Indiana. This is a unique hybrid role combining EV Lot/Terminal Truck operation with forklift duties — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying active throughout the day.
?? What You’ll Do
Operate EV Lot/Terminal Trucks (mini electric yard trucks) to move and reposition trailers throughout the yard
Support warehouse operations as a Forklift Driver when not moving trailers
Maintain safe, efficient flow of equipment and materials
Work closely with yard and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly
?? Available Shifts
We’re hiring multiple positions across several shifts:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2 openings)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (2 openings)
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 opening)
?? Pay & Shift Premiums
Base Pay: $22.45/hr
2nd Shift Premium: +$1.00/hr
Weekend Shift Premium: +$1.50/hr

?? What We’re Looking For
Experience operating EV Lot/Terminal Trucks or yard trucks
Forklift experience (certification a plus)
Strong safety awareness
Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to work
Ability to work in a fast-paced yard/warehouse environment
