About the role

Bring your passion for movement to a team that thrives on energy and community! HealthFitness is seeking enthusiastic Yoga Instructors, Aquatic Fitness Instructors, and Group Fitness Instructors to lead inspiring classes at the Advocate Condell Centre Club in Libertyville, IL. If you love motivating others and creating unforgettable class experiences, we’d love to have you on our team!

We are looking for instructors to teach 1-3 (flexible schedule) classes per week.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Yoga, Aquatics Fitness, and/or general group exercise to members.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
  • Flu vaccination required.
Compensation: $25/class - $30/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
