Rate of pay: $21.00 - $25.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to Unit Directors, including coaching, performance feedback, and problem-solving assistance.
- Assist to develop, write, and distribute weekly newsletters to keep families informed of program activities, updates, and announcements.
- Assume responsibility for administrative leadership and decision-making in the absence of the Senior Director, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Supervise children, groups, staff and all activities to ensure safe, healthy developmentally appropriate childcare practices.
- Oversee daily care for campers inclusive of feedings and supporting social and emotional needs; children ages 5 through 15 years.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have School-Age or ECE Administrator credential through DEEDs (OCCL) or be able to obtain within 10 business days.
- Previous Camp experience, or experience working with children of varied ages.
- Knowledge and experience supervising staff and leading children.
- Successful completion of criminal history, child abuse & adult abuse background check required by the State of Delaware
- Become First Aid/CPR certified prior to start of camp.

- Multi-lingual skills
- Multi-site management experience
