Youth Fitness Instructor - Day Camps & Kids Group Classes

What You Will Do
- Lead fun, engaging fitness sessions for children and teens (ages 5-17)
- Run group classes and day camp programs focused on movement, teamwork, and confidence
- Design creative workouts that improve strength, coordination, agility, and motor skills
- Motivate kids of all abilities and experience levels
- Adapt programming for different ages and group sizes
- Ensure safety, proper form, and positive behavior management
- Communicate with parents, staff, and program leaders
- Track participation using the GYMGUYZ app when applicable
- Represent GYMGUYZ core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE)
What You Bring
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification
- Experience working with kids in fitness, sports, camps, or education
- High Energy, patience, and strong youth connection skills
- Strong group leadership and communication
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to transport light fitness equipment
Bonus Points
- Youth Fitness or Youth Exercise Specialist certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, IYCA)
- Experience leading day camps, PE-style classes, or youth group fitness
- Background in youth athletic development or sports performance
