A Youth Fitness Instructor at The Little Gym of West Ashleytakes the reigns and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled parent/child, pre-k, and grade school classes. Every class is taught utilizing The Little Gym Curriculum, creating an experience unlike any other. We provide all training, so no experience is required - just a love for children and having fun! We are currently seeking part-time instructors.

The gym's morning hours range from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Tuesday- Friday. The gym's afternoon hours range from 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday- Thursday. The gym's weekend hours range from 8:00 - 1:00 PM with tipped birthday parties from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM. We can be flexible with your schedule and can work with a combination of shift times/days for the right person! Just let us know about availability when applying.

What we expect from you…

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how)!
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
Create a fun and nurturing environment for participants, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
Communicate effectively about skill progression and class information.
Assist with set-up and clean up of the gym before and after classes.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
