The Arc Fond du Lac is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Manager to lead and oversee our youth services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports that help participants build independence, develop life skills, and thrive in their communities.In this leadership role, you will:Provide oversight and direction for youth programming and staff

Ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements

Support staff development, training, and performance management

Foster positive relationships with participants, families, schools, and community partners

Monitor program quality, participant outcomes, health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

Assist with budgeting, resource management, and program growth
