Do you LOVE making a positive impact, and feeling like you matter? We want to hear from YOU!Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 12 years old and are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.
We are looking for caring and engaging coaches who can work a minimum of once per week and can commit to at least 8 weeks of the same day/time. We have weekend and weekday evening programs that meet at parks across the city. Soccer Shots programs are offered during select weeks of the year; thus, employment is seasonal. All employment is at-will. Available Shifts: Monday through Friday 8:45am-12pmMonday through Friday 2:30pm-4:30pm Monday through Friday 4pm-7pmSaturday + Sunday 845am-1pm OR 2-5pm*must be able to commit to 8-10 weeks of the same time/day*MUST RESIDE IN Colorado Springs!
Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart. We aim to develop each of our coaches in areas including leadership, early childhood education, and sports management.

Requirements
- Must love impacting children and the game of soccer.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Experience working with young children
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Soccer playing or coaching background (preferred)
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
It is a coach's responsibility to manage and direct all duties related to the operation of a Soccer Shots session, including, but not limited to, the following:
Preparation
- Attends coaches meeting at beginning of season.
- Reviews online curriculum (prepared for you ahead of time, and aligned with Colorado state early education standards).
- Maintains equipment in proper condition and arrives on time to set-up field for session.
Coaching
- Ensures the safety and well-being of every child.
- For childcare sites, gathers children from classroom and returns after session (note: for public location, no pick-up/drop-off required).
- Follows proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisor.
- Conducts fun and positive 30 to 45-minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and ENERGETIC!
Communication/Administration
- Communicates in a timely fashion with supervisor about any changes, challenges, or important information.
- Completes online attendance sheet for each session.
- Submits time sheet per payroll policy.
- Returns equipment and leftover supplies to supervisor upon completion of each season.
