Regional CDL-A Dedicated Route – OH, KY, IN

Skip the long-haul grind and anchor your career to a predictable regional run that gets you home daily. Operating out of a high-volume DC, you'll haul 1,600 to 1,700 miles weekly of dry and refrigerated no-touch freight—mixing live unloads and drop-and-hooks across a tight 250-mile delivery footprint.

Drivers on this fleet enjoy an average weekly take-home of $1,500, with top producers hitting $1,750+. 

Your paycheck gets supercharged through experience-based CPM ($0.59 to $0.67), $51.50 backhauls, $20 stop pay, $75 holiday pay, short-run minimums, and a $50 weekend shift bonus that can add up to $7,800 a year in extra earnings. Plus, collect a $1,500 milestone sign-on bonus ($250 on load 1, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days, and $500 at day 90).

The Essentials: You'll need at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months, a clean safety record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical, standard urine drug screen, and a hair follicle test. 

Shifts average 12 hours on a 24/7 rotating schedule requiring night, weekend, and holiday flexibility (both full-time and part-time 8–36 hour schedules are available). You must provide your own daily transit to the yard.
