Für unseren Bereich Finance suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:

Zollbeauftragter (m/w/d)

Als erfahrener Zollbeauftragter (m/w/d) sind Sie unser zentraler Kontakt für alle zollrechtlichen Fragestellungen und sichern durch Ihre Expertise die rechtssichere und effiziente Abwicklung sämtlicher Import‑ und Exportprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Hauptverantwortung für Zollangelegenheiten und Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden
Zollrechtliche Abwicklung von Import- und Exportvorgängen inklusive Sicherstellung und Dokumentation korrekter Ein- und Ausfuhranmeldungen
Einholen und Ergänzen von Bewilligungen, Führen von Zollbelegheften, Bearbeitung von Rechtsbehelfen bei Bußgeldbescheiden
Zolltarifierung und Klassifizierung von Waren und Erstellung von Präferenznachweisen
Steuerung und Optimierung von Zollprozessen und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (u. a. Einkauf, Vertrieb, Logistik)
Verantwortung für Zollprüfungen und Anpassungen bei Änderungen durch Zollbehörden
Mitwirkung an Prozess- und Systemweiterentwicklung (z.B. SAP GTS, AEB) und Durchführung von Schulungen

Ihr Profil:

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Zollbereich
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Zollbereich
Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Zolltarifierung, Klassifizierung von Waren und Erstellung von Präferenz-nachweisen
Erfahrung mit SAP GTS, ATLAS und anderen Zollsystemen
Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und eigenständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
