At Crunch, we believe fitness should be fun, inclusive, and empowering—and our instructors are at the heart of making that happen.What You'll Do:- Lead exciting, safe, and engaging Zumba classes for all fitness levels.- Create an energetic atmosphere where every member feels welcome and motivated.- Build relationships with members and help foster a strong fitness community.- Encourage participation, celebrate progress, and inspire confidence.- Arrive prepared with music, choreography, and a positive attitude.- Promote Crunch programs, events, and club initiatives.- Maintain a clean and safe group fitness environment.What We're Looking For:- Current Zumba Instructor License (required).- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (preferred).- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before teaching).- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.- Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others.- Ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages and fitness levels.- Previous group fitness instruction experience is a plus—but exceptional energy and stage presence are just as important!Who You'll Report To: - Group Fitness Class-ic Coordinator Manager- Franchise Owner/OperatorWhy Crunch Fitness?At Crunch, we're more than a gym—we're a community that believes in making serious fitness fun.
