Headcount: 20 people Self perform: Carpentry, all other work is CM Backlog: $50M in current work, $150M in active bid stage

DescriptionLead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards

Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders

Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly ProfileMinimum of three years as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer in commercial construction

Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture strongly preferred Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Experience in preconstruction and estimating preferred Procore knowledge preferredOSHA certification preferred In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices, regulations, and compliance, prioritizing the well-being of the project team.Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines Job OfferBase salary up to $125,000 (Based upon experience level)20% Bonus structure
