The Maintenance Technician supports one or multiple apartment properties maintaining routine service requests as well as preventative maintenance. He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Lancaster, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Exhibiting strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer
• Communicating and working well with both leasing and maintenance staff members
• Always representing the company in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, preventative maintenance to units and common areas as well as any other duties assigned
• Sharing on-call responsibility
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical and plumbing related issues
• Providing own (basic) hand tools
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Attending in-house training as required
• Maintaining current preventative maintenance property logs
