Shift Pattern: AM PM

Pay Scale: $23.94 - $26.60

Ideal candidate:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule that would include nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Able to push/pull up to 100lbs.

• Ability to speak, write and communicate fluently in English is essential to the role.

• At least one year of customer/guest service to deliver a high level of service to our guests is required.

• Previous supervisor experience in Housekeeping or related role is highly encouraged.

What will I be doing?

To maintain Hilton's standards of quality it is the purpose of this position to oversee the laundry room, including training staff as needed.

• Fills in position in Laundry when needed (due to absences, breaks, etc.), Trains staff in safe operation of equipment and the use of proper processing methods.

• Ensure quality linen is being produced and separate old and damaged linen while processing.

• Instruct and inform laundry staff of schedule and equipment to be used.

• Monitor par levels and advise laundry manager when reordering is needed.

• Monitor stain percentage, damaged linen and production reports. Schedule re-wash cycles of stained linen and schedule repairs of damaged linen as needed.

• Supervise and record hourly production of pieces per operator hour.
