Responsibilities: Build and maintain infrastructure that supports high-performance search systems, with mentorship from senior engineers. Design internal tools and automation to improve developer workflows and operational efficiency. Support the design, deployment, and monitoring of cloud-native systems on AWS. Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and release processes. Debug and optimize Linux-based services, containers, and backend systems. Contribute to product codebases, primarily using Rust, Go or C++. Qualifications: Working towards a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++, through coursework or projects. Basic understanding or exposure to cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) and Linux systems is a plus, not a requirement. Interest in infrastructure, distributed systems, or backend engineering, with willingness to learn about CI/CD, monitoring, and performance. Completes timely and accurate reports to the court including findings, recommendations, and justifications for recommendations, considerations of community protection, accountability and building competency for youth as well as victim impact implications; testifies in court. Meets regularly with assigned youth to provide counseling, setting goals, acquiring education, developing life skills, and complying with their probation conditions or treatment programs; maintains contact with parents, including home visits, to coordinate implementation of case plans. Develops appropriate case plans based on initial assessment of youth and their family. Gathers information, prepares reports, and makes presentations before the youth placement committee after formal court adjudication and prior to formal disposition and placement. Supervises assigned youth who are on formal or informal probation and monitors compliance with probation conditions including school, employment, counseling, community service, and restitution. Provides crisis intervention services, including making referrals and facilitating placement while families work out problems. May serve as a member of an internal or community committee to assist in the development of policy or provide recommendations to the chief probation officer on the development of new or enhanced programs. May function in a specialized area such as a youth drug court or restitution program. Working Conditions: The work is performed primarily in an office environment and involves exposure to normal, everyday risks which require normal safety precautions typical of offices. Employees may be exposed to violent or non-compliant youth or family members and be on-call for work evenings and on weekends. Latex gloves are worn when obtaining urine samples. Wargaming is looking for a Game Data Analyst to work on World of Warships, World of Warships: Legends and World of Warships: Blitz in our brand to strengthen the World of Warships product analytics team. The position is dedicated to core game play and balance analysis.

You will be a part of the team working on analyzing, visualizing, monitoring and managing data of three World of Warships Franchise games. We cover all kinds of products' needs ranging from in-game battle analysis to game economy and financial monitoring. We work extensively with game production team for both providing sufficient data for informed decisions and to enhance data processes within the development.

Our future colleague will report to Lead BI Data Analyst

What will you do?

  • Work closely with internal customers and stakeholders from gameplay development teams to meet business requirements and transform them into valuable BI reports / research reports for senior management and product teams all over the globe;
  • Identify the key needs and point of growth of the development team and identify which data and how can enhance the decision-making process;
  • Define the format and to provide the decision support outputs (dashboards, ad hoc reports);
  • Determine key measurement metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategy;
  • Consult users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues, if necessary;
  • Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using various system reporting tools, if necessary.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ year experience on similar position;
  • Experienced player with a broad gaming background
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL at the level of complex queries;
  • Data visualization skills, proficiency with BI instruments (we use Tableau);
  • Good mathematical knowledge and knowledge of statistics;
  • Knowledge of Python popular libraries for data processing and analysis;
  • Experienced in working with DWH, overall understanding of DWH design and operations;
  • Written and spoken English (B2 and higher).

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience in game development (2+ years) and understanding of game production processes and needs;
  • Experience in Wargaming games
  • Understanding of multiplatform game analysis basics (PC, mobile, console).
