Each order is an opportunity to get it just right, ensuring customers receive accurate and fresh groceries.

Another part of the role is keeping orders organized and ready for pick up. You'll bag items carefully, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. Between shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup, the work stays steady making it a good fit for someone who enjoys moving throughout the store and working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Problem Awareness: Identifying out-of-stock items and selecting appropriate substitutions
• Operational Awareness: Following order fulfillment processes and company standards
• Team Awareness: Coordinating order needs with team members and department processes
• Adaptability: Comfort with changing order volume and priorities throughout the shift
• Physical Capability: Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas
