Job Description

OverviewPhysical Therapist | Glendive, Montana | Travel - Day shift | Start 05/18/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,087-$2,180 per week | 36 hours guaranteed | Long-term care/nursing home setting. This travel assignment places you in a licensed long-term care facility in the eastern Montana region, delivering inpatient-style rehabilitative care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. The role is a temporary, travel-based opportunity with guaranteed hours.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,087-$2,180 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Days- Start date: 05/18/2026- Work setting: Long-term care / nursing homeResponsibilities- Assess residents to determine functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized physical therapy plans of care.- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and activities of daily living.- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team.- Ensure safety, maintain equipment, and adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards.- Participate in care planning discussions and contribute to discharge planning and transitions of care when appropriate.Requirements- Active physical therapy license in Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure.- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care / geriatric setting.- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.Benefits and Support- Guaranteed hours for the duration of the assignment- Travel and payroll coordination support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate a quick startFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore additional openings from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please apply at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
