Coordinates communication with residents via phone, email, text, resident portal, resident app, etc. Interact professionally with other employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be computer literate and have knowledge of Property Management software; MRI preferred; working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
