• Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial SPG projects
• Lead subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain schedules

• Support multiple projects within a regional market as needed

ProfileA successful Superintendent should have:* 5+ years' experience as a superintendent with a GC* Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills

• Stable career history with 2-3+ year tenures

Job OfferSalary range: $95,000-$125,000 base, depending on experience* 2-3 weeks PTO, 401(k), and strong healthcare plans
