This person will be responsible for planning and delivering projects typically ranging from $5-120 million, developing budgets hands-on, and providing leadership to the construction project team.ProfileBachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.Five (5) years or more of construction project leadership experience.Demonstrated success in positions requiring professionalism and integrity.Have a passion for team-based planning and problem-solving and wholehearted commitment to building strong partnerships to support project goals.Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly

Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

Candidates with experience in government, historic preservation, healthcare, and education markets are preferred
