We offer an alternative to the disorganized, hyper-competitive, win-at-all-cost culture that pervades most youth sports programs today. We are seeking motivated and energetic part-time staff to work during the week and on Weekends. EXPERIENCE IN: TEACHING / COACHING / PLAYING SPORTS / AS A REFEREE IS PREFERRED but not mandatory. As an instructor/referee, you will serve as a leader, a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field coach, and an advocate for our programs to enhance the youth sports experience. This is a great opportunity for older high school students and collage students who have weekend availability. Using your expertise, you will convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room while also training surgeons on Smith+Nephew products through education/programs in your territory. This position will work collaboratively with key orthopedic surgeons, hospital and OR staff, administrators, and clinicians. As an independent contractor, you set your schedule - you choose which event(s) to accept! EXCITEMENT - You will attend some of the top sports venues in your state. Never a dull moment! You may even be invited to travel to top tournaments. NEW TECHNOLOGY - Hands-on experience with the latest streaming software and technology! SUPPORT - We want to see you succeed by providing the tools and resources of Best To-Dos and Practices for the field. WHAT (Contract Services Needed) TRACK - Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets. EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field). Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday. MONITOR - Ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that? FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. A weekend tournament (Fri, Sat, Sunday) can be over 30 hours of work. It is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects. i9 Sports is hiring a Brand Ambassadors / Sports Instructors to officiate, teach, and coach in our youth sports leagues, instructional programs, and/or clinics during the week and on the weekends. i9 Sports runs youth Soccer, basketball, Baseball, flag football, Volleyball and Tennis clinics and leagues for children ages 3-14. We offer an alternative to the disorganized, hyper-competitive, win-at-all-cost culture that pervades most youth sports programs today. 

We are seeking motivated and energetic part-time staff to work during the week and on Weekends. EXPERIENCE IN: TEACHING / COACHING / PLAYING SPORTS / AS A REFEREE IS PREFERRED but not mandatory. As an instructor/referee, you will serve as a leader, a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field coach, and an advocate for our programs to enhance the youth sports experience. This is a great opportunity for older high school students and collage students who have weekend availability.
