Construction Materials: Mastery of common construction materials, their properties, and uses. Construction Equipment: Mastery of construction equipment, tools, and their proper usage. Material and Equipment Management: Manage the procurement, delivery, and tracking of construction materials and equipment. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project needs, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust project plans accordingly. Documentation: Review, expedite, and monitor project documents (reports, schedules, invoices, ASIs, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, punch lists, inspections, closeout, project-related correspondence, and stakeholder presentations.)
