Soccer Shots® is an engaging children’s soccer experience with a focus on character development. We positively impact children, ages 2-8, through the game of soccer. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. In addition, we provide an exceptional customer experience and consistent communication with those we serve.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Confidently competent; demonstrated experience engaging and enthusiastically leading children between the ages of 2-8. Experience with soccer (player, coach, etc). Early Childhood Education background preferred but not required. Gifted with patience, excellent imagination, and stellar silly face.
- Caring and others-oriented; known for engaging with children through specific and positive affirmations. Fervent in ensuring the safety and health of those we serve.
- Learning mindset; motivated and seeking growth, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Driven and responsible, known for delivering results, honoring commitments, being organized and on-time.
- Believes the team comes before self and is team-oriented but is also comfortable working individually and/or remotely throughout the week.
