Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and videos of youth sports gamedays, including action shots, candid moments, and special events (e.g., players ages 3-13 giving roses to moms). Create engaging content for social media using innovative techniques such as: Mic’d-up players for authentic audio. Slow-motion shots to highlight key plays. Drone footage for unique aerial perspectives. Meta glasses or other creative tools for immersive angles. Edit videos to produce polished, shareable clips (1-3 minutes) that capture the atmosphere and excitement. Collaborate with our team to align content with our brand’s tone and goals. Deliver final edited content within one week of each event. Requirements Experience in videography and photography (amateur or professional). Access to equipment (camera, drone, Meta glasses, etc.) and editing software. Passion for sports, storytelling, and capturing youth energy and emotion. Comfortable working with children ages 3-13 and their families. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Our curriculum focuses on fighting childhood obesity by teaching kids to care for their physical and mental health through non-stop movement and engaging physical fitness activities. Our coaches get to introduce kids, ages 18-months to 12 years old, to over 75 different sports and fitness activities year-round! JumpBunch provides the equipment and lesson plans…all you need is a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of kids! This is a summer position with 9-15 hours per week through early August and can lead to part-time employment in the fall if interested. Our Camp Coaches: Are experienced in teaching or coaching young children, especially the 3-8 year age range Build a fun, cheery camp environment with lots of smiles and laughter. They know how to be silly and get kids to smile while keeping a safe and structured program Show the maturity to work independently with minimal supervision Adhere to all company policies Properly complete all requested paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare for all camps by reviewing approved, age appropriate lesson plans, music, and equipment. Set up and begin each camp on time Properly instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment Monitor attendance of all registered children Wear provided uniform shirts, and represent our company with professional appearance and conduct Communicate with parents both verbally and in writing as needed to report children’s progress May participate in delivering birthday parties, special events, and trial classes Participate as requested in training and meetings of the business Provide own transportation with adequate auto insurance coverage and transports all equipment necessary to execute weekly classes Demonstrate an ongoing passion for sports and/or fitness Qualifications: High school diploma. Good Physical condition, able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class. Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment. Able to provide reliable transportation Background and passion for sports and fitness Patience and desire to teach young children. Ability to communicate with customers ranging from young children to facility directors. Prompt, reliable, and able to work independently with no direct supervision. Possess an understanding of basic customer service skills. During the first week of training, you will be required to complete the following State and federal fingerprint background check. You will be required to complete a fingerprint background check during your training period and JumpBunch will reimburse you for the cost of the background check. Hours: Approximately 9-15 hours per week in the summer which will typically fall weekdays, between the hours of 9 a.m.-3 p.m. May lead to fall part-time employment 10-20 hours/week if desired Compensation: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
