Game-Day Duties The candidate must arrive 15 minutes before game time , in the proper uniform and with all required equipment. The candidate shall assume full authority over the conduct of the game , ensuring sportsmanship, rule enforcement, and safe play. The candidate is authorized to eject players, coaches, or spectators for unsportsmanlike behavior. The candidate shall cancel or postpone games due to misconduct, lateness, or inclement weather, with coordination from Youth Program staff when present. The candidate is responsible for turning on/off field lights for outdoor games if staff is not on site. The candidate shall collect and return all required game equipment when pre-coordinated with Youth Program staff. Reporting & Documentation The candidate shall report all injuries to Youth Sports & Fitness leadership by 08:00 the next duty day . The candidate must submit score sheets by 1000 the next day if Youth Program staff were not on site. The candidate is required to report any ejections, protests, or incidents in writing by 08:00 the next duty day . The candidate must sign score sheets after each game and ensure at least one coach also signs to verify coverage compliance. What you will do:

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-payments
  • Complete patient registration
  • Provide other administrative support to the physician practice
  • Check in and check out patient
  • Verify insurances
  • Greet patients and escort them to exam room
  • Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit
  • Provide front office support as needed

What you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required
