WHAT (Contract Services Needed) TRACK - Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets. EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field). Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday. MONITOR - Ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that? FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way. PAY - Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour. Please note: Daily Shifts can be over 12 hours long. A weekend tournament (Fri, Sat, Sunday) can be over 30 hours of work. It is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects. What you do As a sales representative in our Sports Medicine specialty, you'll be the face of Stryker products. Acting as a sales lead, you'll prepare and participate in leading sales pitches and demo meetings as well as working with cross-divisional sales reps to create strategic goals and targets. You'll participate in trade shows, analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms of transactions, and solve product problems for customers. You aren't just selling products - you're also acting as a subject matter expert. We'll count on your confident and patient nature to educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff personal about the use and maintenance of our products, as well as direct product evaluations in the Operating Room or office settings. What you need 2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred). A minimum education level of a bachelor's degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room experience. Cocktail Runner Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Live! Hospitality Employee Handbook. Anticipate and accommodate all the needs of the guests. Uses proper service protocol - serving all drinks to the guest's right, using the right hand. Able to carry a tray Able to comprehensively describe all drinks, specialty cocktails, wine and beer. Provides professional and exceptional service. Ensures delivery of all beverages to the guests. Properly sets-up cocktail lounge/bar and side stations, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management, including: Ensures all lounge furniture is clean and free of debris Performs opening & closing side-work as instructed Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management. Attends and participates in daily pre-shift meetings. Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings. Learn by listening, observing other team members and sharing knowledge while leading by example. Portrays a positive and professional attitude. Demonstrates knowledge of Live! Hospitality, its partners and the entirety of the estate. Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all team members. Cocktail Runner Qualifications At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred. Must meet state legal age requirements. Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred. Must be courteous, pleasant, and good natured. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, bartender, wait staff, cooks, and supervisors. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. The Cocktail Runner position requires the ability to perform the following: Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds (bar ware, carts, boxes, bottles, etc.). Job Description

WHO (Event Contractors)

If you value:

FLEXIBILITY - Events typically take place during the weekends (which may include Thursday or Friday set up days.) As an independent contractor, you set your schedule - you choose which event(s) to accept!

EXCITEMENT - You will attend some of the top sports venues in your state. Never a dull moment! You may even be invited to travel to top tournaments.

NEW TECHNOLOGY - Hands-on experience with the latest streaming software and technology!

SUPPORT - We want to see you succeed by providing the tools and resources of Best To-Dos and Practices for the field.

WHAT (Contract Services Needed)

TRACK - Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets.

EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field). Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday.

MONITOR - Ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event.

ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that?

FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way.

PAY - Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour.

Please note: Daily Shifts can be over 12 hours long. A weekend tournament (Fri, Sat, Sunday) can be over 30 hours of work. It is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in (live) event production, sports, or any customer facing position is a plus!

Knowledge, interest, and experience within grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football and/or wrestling is a plus!

Having a current and valid Driver's license to receive and transport event equipment.
