Responsibilities. Candidates are expected to design, implement, and lead a Sports Management program within our Business Entertainment major. They are expected to be familiar with the scholarly basis of pedagogy and the content of the teaching areas. Expertise in teaching general management areas would also be appreciated. They are also expected to participate in department, school, university and professional activities. Initial appointments are typically at the rank of Professorial Lecturer for one year and renewable subject to satisfactory review/performance and budgetary approval. Ranked renewable term faculty are eligible to be considered for promotion subject to the appropriate qualification and promotion requirements.
