What does your company do? Job Summary The Director of Youth Sports Programming & Game Day Operations works alongside other i9 Sports local Directors and the franchise owner (Area Developer) to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day operations of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversite of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Director of Youth Sports and Gameday Operations ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated. As the hired Director shows the ability to manage and grow within this role, the opportunity for advancement is tremendous. Candidate MUST RESIDE in one of the following territories: 1) South Denver Metro (Highlands Ranch, Parker & Littleton) 2) East Denver Metro (Centennial or Aurora) 3) Colorado Springs Responsibilities Oversee & assist in the execution of a business marketing plan Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics Fun and Organization is a MAJOR trait that our leagues have grown a reputation for.
