As the Athletic Trainer on our team, you'll enrich patient's lives by using your full scope of skills to provide clinical support in the provision of quality orthopedic care and treatment of patients. You'll work hand in hand with physicians and advanced practice providers; and work with local high school and community partnerships. Eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus This is a full-time role providing primary support for a non-operative Sports Medicine Float Team. Primary location will be at our Vadnais Heights campus with flexibility to float to other Summit locations as needed (Eagan, Plymouth and our M-Health Fairview Campus in Woodbury). Monday - Friday schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule may vary based on the needs of a team/clinic). Room patients, obtain patient health histories, and perform initial and secondary assessments of patients. Document patient information and care provided in patient's medical record. Complete forms and documentation needed by patients, employers, or insurance companies. Assessment of post-operative wounds and provide standardized instruction in wound care. Provide standardized patient education instructions, verbal or written. Act as liaison between the patient/family and physician and as a resource to clinical staff in answering orthopedic-related questions. Travel to and provide coverage to any of Summit's outreach clinical locations and/or indoor or outdoor athletic events, as assigned. Clean and stock patient exam rooms. Summit's hiring range for this position is $26.93 to $33.66 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. JumpBunch is looking for energetic, outgoing people with fun personalities to teach Sports and Fitness classes to children ages 18mo - 12 years in local Schools and Childcare Centers in Montgomery County, PA. JumpBunch is a fun, structured mobile program that introduces kids to a wide range of sports and fitness through over 70 lesson plans. This is a PART-TIME position: Weekday morning shifts available from 9am - 12pm 1-3 mornings per week: 3-9 hours per week to start More hours available if wanted Primary Duties Prepares for all classes by reviewing approved lesson plans (provided by JumpBunch) Arrives for and begins all classes on time. Properly instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment. Provides own transportation with adequate auto insurance coverage (public transportation does not work for this job) Primary Job Requirements Must pass a background check and/or FBI fingerprinting as required by state. Must be in good physical condition and able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class. Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment. Should be enthusiastic and pleasant in conversation and be patient and have a desire to work with children. Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work independently with no direct supervision. Monitors attendance of all registered children and insures they are present. Collects payment for classes (not in all cases) Wears approved uniform and presents a professional image. Adheres to all JumpBunch policies as outlined in the Operations Manual. Properly completes all requested paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Provides advance notice or coverage for any foreseen absences. Brings all equipment necessary to execute weekly classes Successfully function as a member of a team. Must be neat and well groomed. Should be enthusiastic and pleasant in conversation. Must be able to communicate with young children and facility directors. Should be able to follow very specific direction and routine. As the Athletic Trainer on our team, you'll enrich patient's lives by using your full scope of skills to provide clinical support in the provision of quality orthopedic care and treatment of patients. You'll work hand in hand with physicians and advanced practice providers; and work with local high school and community partnerships.

Eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus

This is a full-time role providing primary support for a non-operative Sports Medicine Float Team. Primary location will be at our Vadnais Heights campus with flexibility to float to other Summit locations as needed (Eagan, Plymouth and our M-Health Fairview Campus in Woodbury). Monday - Friday schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule may vary based on the needs of a team/clinic).

  • Room patients, obtain patient health histories, and perform initial and secondary assessments of patients.
  • Document patient information and care provided in patient's medical record.
  • Complete forms and documentation needed by patients, employers, or insurance companies.
  • Assessment of post-operative wounds and provide standardized instruction in wound care.
  • Provide standardized patient education instructions, verbal or written.
  • Act as liaison between the patient/family and physician and as a resource to clinical staff in answering orthopedic-related questions.
  • Travel to and provide coverage to any of Summit's outreach clinical locations and/or indoor or outdoor athletic events, as assigned.
  • Clean and stock patient exam rooms.

Summit's hiring range for this position is $26.93 to $33.66 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation.
