Physical Expectations Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs (e.g., equipment bins, field markers). Able to stand, walk, run, and move around the field or court for extended periods . Willing to work outdoors or indoors , depending on the sport and season. Comfortable being active in varying weather conditions (heat, wind, light rain, etc.). Requirments Prior experience officiating or playing youth sports (any sport) is strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of the rules and flow of at least one major youth sport (training provided for others). Strong communication and leadership skills. Positive attitude and a passion for working with kids and families. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
