This role will focus on ensuring high-quality delivery of financial and tax-related systems by coordinating testing efforts, validating requirements, and maintaining strong communication between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and development teams throughout requirements, development, and testing phases Develop and execute test scenarios to validate business and system requirements Perform functional, integration, and backend testing Ensure proper test coverage through detailed test planning and execution Create, maintain, and execute structured test scripts and regression test packs Track, manage, and retest defects to ensure resolution Participate in requirement reviews, test planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings Prepare QA reports, documentation, and status updates Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure testing alignment Support quality assurance processes to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions Manage risks, issues, and testing timelines effectively Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in QA requirements analysis and test planning 5+ years of experience in QA execution and defect tracking 5+ years of experience with QA tools such as Rational, HP ALM, or similar 5+ years of backend functional testing experience Strong ability to enhance and adapt test plans for comprehensive test coverage Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Financials Experience with GenTax Experience with Oxygen XML Editor Best Regards, Salman Alam IT Recruiter||Syntricate Technologies Inc.
