Coordinate site readiness activities, including cable terminations, labeling, and debris removal. Supervise functional testing, whip checks, load bank tests, and energization procedures. Ensure commissioning documentation is completed and delivered promptly. Risk & Compliance Maintain strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) and energization safety protocols. Validate that all foreign object debris (FOD) inspections and remediation are completed prior to energization. Confirm readiness for energization through multi-party site walks and compliance checks. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary liaison between construction teams, equipment vendors, and commissioning agents.
