Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards. Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities. Regular and predictable attendance. Attend all coach-related meetings/trainings and team meetings. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess honesty and personal integrity. Possess passion, ambition, drive, and interest in the fitness industry. Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills. Reliable, professional, computer literate and tech savvy, energetic, and friendly. Must be able to maintain a regular and predictable full or part time schedule. Who You Are: As a BODY20 entry level personal trainer, you are dynamic and positive, excited about the opportunity to affect the lives of studio members and staff daily! You will be an integral part of a small team of coaches using EMS technology to deliver time-condensed workouts and provide best-in-class member experiences. Get started in the fitness industry with BODY20 - training provided, no prior fitness certifications necessary!
 
A day in the life:
  • Coach EMS personal training sessions.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of service according to company standards and "go the extra mile" to provide a positive and energetic environment for members.
  • Provide a high level of personalized attention to members.
  • Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products.
  • Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques as it pertains to an EMS workout which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards.
  • Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Attend all coach-related meetings/trainings and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity.
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and interest in the fitness industry.
  • Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Reliable, professional, computer literate and tech savvy, energetic, and friendly.
  • Must be able to maintain a regular and predictable full or part time schedule.
  • Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to take a BODY20 session per week to effectively describe the workout to members.
  • Must be 18 or older.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time.
