Respond to internal and external requests from supporting internal business units, clients, vendors, CBP, and other government agencies in a timely manner. Enter shipment and billing information into operational systems (CargoWise One). Assist with payment requests and customer billing as needed. Utilize daily workflow reports. Salary: $26-$32/hour based on education and experience level.
