As an Entry-Level AT&T Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of the brand for residential customers. What You Will Be Doing:

• Consultative Selling: Conduct brief needs assessments to understand customer lifestyles and recommend the most appropriate AT&T wireless plans and products.
• Product Presentations: Deliver clear, persuasive presentations highlighting the benefits, value, and competitive advantages of AT&T services.
• Account Enrollment: Guide customers through the application and activation process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive consumer experience.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and one-on-one coaching to refine your sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system to track progress against weekly and monthly targets.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience. Backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, or entry-level sales are highly valued and easily translate to this role.
