Entry-level applicants will begin with a $22 hourly and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Experienced applicants start with a $25 base salary and top performers earned an additional $40,000 in commission last year. Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Handle customer renewals.

• Must be willing to obtain A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
