The Senior Manager, Insurance Risk Analyst, is responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the MSG companies insurance and safety programs. This role focuses on analyzing insurance-related data, identifying trends, and supporting compliance and financial stewardship. The Senior Manager Risk Management will have technical insurance knowledge and the ability to translate different types of data that inform decision-making and enhance the company's risk posture. What will you do? Utilize risk and claims databases and software programs to develop comprehensive information needed to manage Total Cost of Risk. Prepare insurance premium budgets, budget analysis, and reconciliation reports to support financial oversight and planning. Participate in the companies' Safety Committees, providing key analytics and data-driven insights to support and enhance Safety programs, and proactively identify emerging risks. Manage assigned insurance program by ensuring applications, claims, and information requests are prepared and responded to in a timely fashion, managing related broker support networks and other third-party resources as may be necessary. Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications preferred: ARM, CPCU, or CRM. Who are we hiring?

The Senior Manager, Insurance Risk Analyst, is responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the MSG companies insurance and safety programs. This role focuses on analyzing insurance-related data, identifying trends, and supporting compliance and financial stewardship. What will you do?

  • Utilize risk and claims databases and software programs to develop comprehensive information needed to manage Total Cost of Risk.
  • Prepare insurance premium budgets, budget analysis, and reconciliation reports to support financial oversight and planning.
  • Participate in the companies' Safety Committees, providing key analytics and data-driven insights to support and enhance Safety programs, and proactively identify emerging risks.
  • Manage assigned insurance program by ensuring applications, claims, and information requests are prepared and responded to in a timely fashion, managing related broker support networks and other third-party resources as may be necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Risk Management's long-term risk strategy in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist the Risk Management team in procurement and administration of the insurance programs as needed by researching and developing exposure and loss data, preparing insurance applications, and reviewing policies for compliance for key programs.
  • Oversee the processes and management controls for invoices, bonds, collateral, allocations, and other insurance functions, as well as assist in the resolution of potential accounting issues.
  • Create management reports, loss runs, and presentations.
  • Maintaining, validating, and optimizing carrier and TPA databases

What do you need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry, ideally within a corporate risk management team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications preferred: ARM, CPCU, or CRM.
  • Strong background in claims analysis, loss prevention, and contract compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with evolving risk exposures

Pay Range

$96,000-$145,000 USD
