Key Responsibilities
Aggressively prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and confident follow-up
Build meaningful client connections with excellent interpersonal skills and personalized attention
Consult with new and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend tailored policy options
Sell and cross-sell a complete portfolio of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
Follow up consistently to deepen relationships, review coverage, and secure renewals
Relentlessly pursue and exceed both individual and agency sales targets
Master product knowledge, industry compliance, and proven sales techniques
Utilize CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline, leads, and renewals efficiently
Actively participate in team meetings, training, and high-impact sales strategy sessions
Previous sales experience with a solid track record of hitting targets is required. Only those meeting these standards will be considered.
The Ideal Candidate
1+ year of proven success in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Dynamic communicator with a talent for building trust and rapport
Confident in outbound sales, prospecting, and business development
Coachable, growth-oriented, and hungry to exceed quotas
Highly organized, detail-focused, and effective at time management
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus and expand your sales potential
