Salary Range: $48000.00 - $72000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes, present coverage options, and secure new policies
• Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Learn sales strategies and product knowledge directly from experienced agents
• Participate in training programs to prepare for licensing and long-term agency growth

• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
