Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Conduct needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection goals.

Develop and present customized Life and Health insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances.

Effectively explain complex insurance products and policy details in both English and Spanish.

Manage client accounts, including policy issuance, renewals, and any necessary adjustments.

Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell appropriate insurance products.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and group sales targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.

Active Texas General Lines Agent (Life & Health) License REQUIRED.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) REQUIRED.

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales, specifically Life and Health.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.

A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
