  • Supervise subcontractors and crew members to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within the insurance restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Xactimate estimating software experience
