Representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims.2. Conducting thorough legal research to support defense strategies.3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.4. Extensive experience in conducting depositions.5. Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.6. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.7. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.9. Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.10.
