The Role

Kiernan Trebach LLP is seeking an Attorney with a MINIMUM of 4-8 years of experience in insurance coverage counseling and/or litigation experience to join our growing team.  Primary office location and bar admissions are flexible. 

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will have insurance coverage experience in multiple areas, including:

• Commercial lines experience strongly preferred over personal lines experience.
• General Liability Insurance
• Commercial Umbrella
• Commercial Excess Insurance
• Experience defending a variety of Civil Litigation matters is a plus.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in insurance coverage counseling and/or litigation
• Experience with counseling insurance companies about insurance matters.
• Experience representing insurers in coverage litigation.
• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions and trial preparation is preferred.

Required Education & Licensure

• Bar admissions should correspond to one or more of Kiernan Trebach LLP's office locations
