Requirements

Active Texas Life & Health LicenseActive Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Or ability to obtain prior to the start date)(Applications without Life and health licenses cannot be considered.)

Minimum 2-5 years active insurance sales experience only please with a verifiable track record of success.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline through warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
• Conduct needs‑based assessments across Life, Health, and P&C lines

• Deliver exceptional service through follow‑ups and policy reviews
• Meet production goals and maintain compliance with Farmers standards
